Creator Rules and Terms of Use

Pandai is a curated learning marketplace for children under seven. Creator Tools are for approved adults, parents, guardians, teachers, and education partners. By accepting these rules, you agree to keep every map safe, educational, and appropriate for very young children.

Before you create

• Use only content you made or have permission to use.
• Do not include a child's name, face, voice, school, address, location, contact details, or other personal information.
• Do not include advertising, purchases, external links, or requests to contact another person.
• Do not include sexual, violent, frightening, hateful, dangerous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Do not bully, shame, threaten, impersonate, or single out another person.

Review and moderation

Submitting a map does not publish it immediately. Mantayay reviews every submission before children can see it. We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content and may suspend Creator access when needed for child safety or policy compliance.

Reports and cooperation

Families can report a map or its creator inside Pandai. You agree to cooperate with moderation requests and correct or remove content promptly. Repeated or serious violations may permanently end Creator access.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Mantayay permission to host, review, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute approved maps through Pandai for operating and promoting the learning service. You may delete your maps in Creator Tools.
